MojeNationJobs is a platform that connects clients seeking services with skilled workers. We provide a marketplace for job postings, worker profiles, and communication tools. We are not a party to any agreement between clients and workers.

3. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
  • Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
  • Not spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Not post false or misleading job listings or profiles

5. Payments and Fees

Clients are responsible for paying workers directly for services rendered. MojeNationJobs may charge a service fee on completed transactions. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the terms agreed upon between clients and workers.

6. Disputes

Disputes between clients and workers should be resolved directly between the parties. MojeNationJobs may provide dispute resolution assistance but is not obligated to do so. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by workers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MojeNationJobs, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MojeNationJobs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant us a license to use it on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

MojeNationJobs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also terminate your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
